I had an appoint time for a later date and called to see if it was possible to schedule for an earlier date because it was so hot in my house. They were able to come out later that evening and found a bad capacitor and gave me the price to replace. They never tried to upcharge me or recommended a whole new unit even though my system is quite old. I appreciate that they didn't try any sales tactics like another company tried. Isaac our tech was extremely knowledgeable and experienced on how to maintain and care for air unit. Isaac went above and beyond in explaining what he found wrong with unit and proceeded to check and work on inside and outside units. The techs from previous company I used never provided half of the great service provided by Isaac. Bonus is working with a small business company AND a woman owned business who knows alot about how to provide great service at a fair price.
